Jack moved to Charleston in 2020 to escape the Minnesota cold with his wife, Samantha. He has 8+ years of real estate experience, starting with 3 years as an investment sale associate involved in over $100m of commercial real estate dispositions (’15-’18). Jack also has 6+ years of personal investment experience, including owning two short-term rentals himself (Charleston, SC + Asheville, NC). He maintains a year-round occupancy of over 90%, achieving consistent, double-digit cash-on-cash returns.

In addition to assisting with CVP’s revenue, Jack also advises the top 10% of property managers in the country on their revenue management strategies as a Revenue Consultant for the top dynamic pricing company in the world.
