Stay at Coastal Vacation Property’s Own “The Dunes”

This beautiful Charleston duplex is just two blocks away from the sightseeing and restaurants of Upper King Street in downtown Charleston. One unit has an entrance on the first floor, and the second is on the second floor; they are both connected via an interior staircase. The duplex contains eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and can sleep up to 16 guests total. This property has been completely revamped. It was disassembled down to the studs in 2019 by a local developer to create the modern luxury shown in the images.

Sea Breeze Suite at the Dunes on Coming

This 2nd floor 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom suite was professionally designed and renovated down to the studs in 2019 and acquired by us in October 2021 under our Dunes brand.

It contains a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry and all of the dishes and glasses you’ll need as well as pots and pans and other items you may need should you decide to cook at home. The living room has a dining table which can comfortably seat 4-6 guests for dinner or a card game, a queen-sized pullout sofa and mounted flat screen TV.

This 2nd level has one king bed, two queen beds, and a stylish bunk bed with double + full beds, all with luxury linens and mounted flat-screen TVs. The four full bathrooms feature custom tile, stall showers, luxury towels and hotel toiletries.

This suite also includes a wonderful porch with seating and a private, fenced, landscaped backyard. The private driveway fits up to 3 cars (for both suites, so please be aware you’ll be sharing parking with the 1st-floor suite). The suite is just 2 blocks to King Street!

Clearwater Suite at the Dunes on Coming

This 1st floor 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom suite was professionally designed and renovated down to the studs in 2019 and acquired in October 2021 under our Dunes brand. This original 1840 pre-Civil war era 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom Charleston duplex was beautifully reimagined by a professional architect and interior designer with a convenient interior staircase. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom! This property was renovated completely down to the studs in 2019 by a local Charleston developer to create an impeccable combination of modern luxury with old southern charm. We acquired it under our Dunes brand in October 2021.

Each of the two living rooms have a dining table which can seat 4-6 guests, a Queen size pull-out sofa and flat screen TV. The 1st-level bedrooms have one king bed and three queen beds, each with hotel linens and mounted flat-screen TVs. The 2nd-level bedrooms have one king bed, two queen beds, and a trendy bunk bed with double & full beds, each with hotel linens and mounted flat-screen TVs.

The 8 full bathrooms feature custom tile, stall showers, hotel towels and toiletries. Each suite has its own Charleston porch with relaxing seating and a private, fenced, landscaped driveway and backyard. The property's private parking lot can accommodate three mid-size vehicles. If you'd like to park in the driveway itself, you're welcome to do so in order to have parking for additional vehicles. Please just keep in mind you'll then be blocking in any guest parking in the parking lot.

We acquired this amazing 1905 Charleston Victorian duplex home in the heart of the popular and trendy Cannonborough neighborhood in September 2019 and completely renovated it with professional interior design just completed in January 2022.

Just 2 blocks from King Street, this historic property boasts nearly 2600 square feet of wonderfully designed space. The front house offers 3 full-sized bedrooms with two king beds and one queen bed, 2.5 bathrooms, a full sofa bed, and a twin day bed. The back unit offers 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and 1 bathroom with tub.

The 3-bedroom front unit is 1850 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as a dining room with day bed and living room with a queen sofa bed. The kitchen comes equipped with refrigerator and dishwasher and a gas range that is perfect for cooking and entertaining. The rear unit is 730 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This bright and sunny unit is in the rear of the property and offers guests quiet privacy. Both units have their own laundry room.
